biExport also provides a customisable Scheduling feature:
- Define a start and end date and a frequency for the export
- Define an „Export Event“ which can be triggered e.g. when data are refreshed in the SAP BW backend
- Schedules can be created and monitored on the web interface of biExport Scheduler by a key user
- Schedules can be created by a key user in a specially designed SAC Analytics Application
- Schedules can be created by the business user directly from the dashboard
- You can schedule single dashboards, but also {Compile different views & dashboards into Briefing Book Publications}
All these output channels can be selected during Scheduling.
