Compile different views & dashboards into Briefing Book Publications
The biExport platform provides a powerful and flexible framework to collect contents of the Briefing Books or Management Presentations:
- You can choose one or multiple dashboards / applications as a source for the Briefing Book
- You can add filters to the execution of the dashboards
- You can add your own parameters, e.g. to create specific navigational states for the execution
- You can define filters or parameters as „iterative“, which means that biExport executes the dashboard(s) for each passed value imdividually, creating different views.
With this framework you can collect multiple views for the generation of complex documents. The collection is independent from the export format, so you can use it in the same way to create complex Briefing Book (Word or PDF), Management Presentation (PowerPoint), Excel or CSV.
With a simple switch you can change between „one document with all views“ and „one document for each view“. If you choose „one document for each view“ you can use {Information Bursting} to send the documents to the recipients.
