With biExport for SAP Analytics Cloud you can easily export charts, tables and other widgets from your analytical application to Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple’s Keynote.
With just one click, business users get a 1:1 copy of the visualisations in PowerPoint: All stylings and chart definitions are kept. The quality can be set up to be up to 5 times higher than possible with a screen shot tool.
It is totally up to you if you want to export single widgets per slide or a full page or panel.
You can even choose charts to be translated into Office charts. Tables, likewise, can be translated into editable tables, optionally split nicely over multiple slides.
biExport uses „Export Templates“ to create slideshows in your corporate design and layout. An „Export Template“ can be any presentation format such as PPT, PPTX, PPTM, PPSX, POTX, etc., enhanced by „placeholders“ for the widgets you want to export.
A lot of presentations are not hold once, but again and again with a changing periodic view on data. Examples are presentations for executive meetings, monthly reviews, supplier or sales presentations. For this reason, biExport allows you to create specific„ready-to present“ presentations.
In difference to the generic approach for {Presentation Preparation for PowerPoint, Keynote etc.}, a presentation is created specifically for the given presentation requirement. The presentation already contains all agenda, texts and titles. Data visualisations are replaced by placeholders for specific parts of the dashboard. It is even possible to add multiple placeholders on one page, e.g. to show MTD and YTD figures on one slide.
