By default biExport returns the generated PowerPoint, Word, Excel or PDF documents directly to the user. With just a few clicks you can activate the Broadcasting of the documents to different „Output Channels“:
This scenario is comparable with the standard PDF export that SAP offers. In addition, though, it offers several interesting customisation options, which allow you to fulfil business requirements exactly:
- one or more internal or external mail recipients
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Central File Share (for further processing)
- SAP Portal
- Web Service
- Custom application
All these output channels can be selected during Scheduling.
